Catharina Jordan, Ph.D.

I am a licensed psychologist and am licensed in Ohio and Florida. I graduated from Rosemead School of Psychology in La Mirada, California, where I obtained a Master of Arts degree and Doctor of Philosophy degree in clinical psychology. I also earned a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology from Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Northwestern in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

I work with adults and have clinical experience working in outpatient and inpatient settings. I utilize attachment-based and psychodynamic theories, cognitive-behavioral and behavioral approaches, and eye-movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. My therapeutic interests include depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, grief, personality disorders, existential concerns, relational dynamics, and life transitions.
